What is a bed snake and what is it used for?
A bed skirt is a soft and flexible cushion that creates a secure frame in the junior bed. It acts as a protective edge, a cozy sleeping companion and a versatile support cushion for play, coziness and relaxation.
When can my child start using the bed hose?
The bed rail is ideal from the time the child moves from a cot to a junior bed – typically from around 2 years and up . It provides a safe transition and extra comfort.
Can the bed hose be used for anything other than in bed?
Yes! The bed snake is perfect for relaxing on the sofa, as support during reading aloud or as a fun part of the play universe – it can be shaped into tunnels, circles or just used as a soft friend.
Are the materials organic and safe?
Yes! Our bed hose is made from 100% organic certified cotton and filled with hypoallergenic materials, free of harmful chemicals.
Can the bed hose be washed?
Yes, the bedspread can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees. We recommend air drying it to maintain the best quality.
Is the bed hose suitable for all types of beds?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Can I return an item if I regret my purchase?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it.
How do I return an item?
You return the item to our address (not a parcel shop).
Please include a note with your order number.
Return costs are paid by the buyer.
Does the item have to be in original condition when returned?
Yes, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with tags intact. If the item has been used, we can only refund part or none of the amount.

What do I do if my item has a defect?
If you experience an error or defect, you have a 2-year right of complaint . Contact us at info@borncopenhagen.dk with your order number and pictures of the error.
Do you cover shipping costs for complaints?
Yes, if your complaint is justified, we will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
