What can I store in the bed pocket?
You can store pacifiers, teddy bears, books, cloth diapers or other small items that your child often uses at bedtime.
How to install the bed pocket?
The bed pocket is easily attached to the crib using adjustable straps that ensure a stable and secure fit.
Can the bed pocket be washed?
Yes! It is made of 100% organic cotton and is machine washable at 30 degrees for easy maintenance.
Does it fit all beds?
The bed pocket is designed for cribs, but can also be used on other types of beds with slats or a similar structure.

Yes! Our bed pocket is made from 100% organic cotton , which makes it soft, gentle and free of harmful substances.

How much does shipping cost?
Denmark: 49,- DKK to parcel shop, 69,- DKK to private address.
Europe & Rest of the World: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout depending on destination.
How long does delivery take?
We will ship your order within 2-4 business days . Delivery time depends on your location.
Can I track my package?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Returns
Can I return an item if I regret my purchase?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it.
How do I return an item?
You return the item to our address (not a parcel shop).
Please include a note with your order number.
Return costs are paid by the buyer.
Does the item have to be in original condition when returned?
Yes, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with tags intact. If the item has been used, we can only refund part or none of the amount.

What do I do if my item has a defect?
If you experience an error or defect, you have a 2-year right of complaint . Contact us at info@borncopenhagen.dk with your order number and pictures of the error.
Do you cover shipping costs for complaints?
Yes, if your complaint is justified, we will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
