Ergonomics and support
Our stroller cushion has been carefully crafted to provide the right amount of firmness and flexibility using organic kapok filling. Kapok is naturally breathable and hypoallergenic – and it provides ergonomic support that helps your baby sit comfortably, even on uneven paths.
The full side panels and wide back are designed to provide maximum comfort and support throughout the walk.
Cleaning in everyday life
For minor stains or dirt, wipe the cushion with a damp cloth and let it air dry. We only recommend machine washing if absolutely necessary.
Washing instructions
Wash at max. 40°C on a programme with min. 1200 rpm – preferably more. Wash the cushion alone, without other textiles. Use a gentle detergent and avoid fabric softener.
Dry immediately after washing in the dryer – alone, without other clothes. Dry in 30-minute intervals. Take the pillow out between each cycle, shake the filling and distribute it evenly. Repeat the process until the pillow is completely dry. It is important that the kapok is completely dry.

Hvis du vurderer at dit barn kan holde hovedet selv og sidder nogenlunde stabilt med støtte, så vil du få stor glæde af vores barnevognspude.
Placér puden i hoved-enden af barnevognskassen, så barnet stadig kan få sin barnevognssele monteret korrekt. Barnet kan nu sidde trygt og godt støttet af barnevognspuden. Hvis dit barn er under 6 måneder og ikke kan sidde helt selv endnu, så husk at begrænse tiden, for at skåne barnets ryg bedst muligt.
Vask med fordel puden af med en våd klud og lad den efterfølgende tørre. Hvis det bliver nødvendigt at vaske din kapok barnevognspude, bedes du følge nedenstående - Vi anbefaler kun at vaske puden, hvis det virkelig er tiltrængt.
🤍Vask puden i maskinen på max 40 grader, med centrifugering på minimum 1200 omdrejninger, gerne mere. (Uden andre produkter i maskinen) OBS: Vælg skånsomt vaskemiddel, og benyt ikke skyllemiddel.
🤍Efter vask skal barnevognspuden STRAKS tørres. Det gøres den i tørretumbleren, alene uden andre produkter. Det tager tid at få kapok helt tørt. Tør puden i 30 min af gangen, tag den
ud og ryst/hive fyldet på plads, og gentag samme proces til puden er helt tør. Det er vigtigt at puden bliver helt tør efter denne proces."

What materials is the stroller cushion made of?
Our stroller cushion is made from 100% organic cotton and has a soft, padded core that ensures maximum comfort. The material is breathable and gentle on your baby's skin.
Can the stroller cushion be washed?
Yes, the cushion has a removable cover that can be machine washed at 30 degrees. This makes it easy to keep it clean and fresh for daily use.
Does the stroller cushion fit all strollers?
Yes, the cushion is designed to fit most standard strollers and can be used in both combi strollers and pushchairs.
Can the cushion be used outside the stroller?
Absolutely! In addition to the stroller, the pillow can also be used as a soft support in the high chair, play corner or other places where your child needs extra comfort.
Is the pushchair cushion suitable for all seasons?
Yes, the breathable and temperature-regulating material makes the pillow comfortable all year round – warm in winter and cool in summer.

Yes, our stroller cushion is produced without harmful chemicals, so you can be sure that your child is getting a safe and sustainable solution.

How much does shipping cost?
Denmark: 49,- DKK to parcel shop, 69,- DKK to private address.
Europe & Rest of the World: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout depending on destination.
How long does delivery take?
We will ship your order within 2-4 business days . Delivery time depends on your location.
Can I track my package?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Returns
Can I return an item if I regret my purchase?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it.
How do I return an item?
You return the item to our address (not a parcel shop).
Please include a note with your order number.
Return costs are paid by the buyer.
Does the item have to be in original condition when returned?
Yes, the item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with tags intact. If the item has been used, we can only refund part or none of the amount.

What do I do if my item has a defect?
If you experience an error or defect, you have a 2-year right of complaint . Contact us at info@borncopenhagen.dk with your order number and pictures of the error.
Do you cover shipping costs for complaints?
Yes, if your complaint is justified, we will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
